All Complaints are welcomed. We listen to your complaints, treat them seriously, and learn from them so that we can continuously improve on our services. Effective complaints handling is an important aspect of Newhaven16Plus Services and all complaints however or wherever received will be taken seriously, recorded, treated confidentially, and will be dealt with under the procedures set out within our Policy.
Should you wish to make a complaint please provide :
a) Contact details,
b) Who or what is the complained about,
c) When and where the event(s) of the compliant take place, and
d) Where possible state what remedy is being sought e.g. an apology or an explanation etc.
