We offer a fully furnished Shared Semi Independent Accommodation with on-site 24hr staff support and 24hr CCTV cover, for various different type of client groups, ranging from:

•  Young People 16+ Leaving Care (including LAC & Southwark Judgement),
•  Mother & Baby or Young Parents requiring parenting assessments,
•  Unaccompanied Minors, Refugee and /or Asylum seekers,
•  Young People released from Custody (YOS),
•  Mental Health,
• 16 years to 25 years old,
•  Mixed Genders (Male or Female only houses are also available)

Our 16+ Semi-Independent Supported Accommodation 

provisions is set to provide a safe and homely living environment for a group of up to 5 Young People with onsite 24 hour staff support. Each Young Person is given their own fully furnished bedroom (single occupancy) and shared access to communal areas and facility. The Smaller setting allows our Young People to receive targeted support and close supervision with their own support package tailored to their own needs. 

 We provide standalone self-contained and shared accommodation with Outreach Support for Young People Over the age of 18, ranging from:

 studio / 1 bedroom to larger 4 bedrooms properties

 All of our properties are strategically situated in residential areas, so our Young People can be a part of a wider community giving them a sense of belonging.  

Our 18+ semi-independent Shared Accommodation offers Offsite Outreach / Floating support for Young People who are able to manage their own tenancy, but occasionally require support with their independence and living skills. These properties are made up of up to 3 / 4 Young People living together in a shared house of mixed genders. Each Young Person is given their own fully furnished bedroom (single occupancy) and shared access to communal areas and facility. 

Our Outreach and Floating Support services offers a bespoke plan of support for Young People requiring additional support as part of their resettlement plan into the community, to a family member or their own independent accommodation. Our Outreach and floating support teams are highly trained to engage with Young People providing a high level of service to meet individual needs.
